Rendering Technology from Just a Photo or Video
Alert5Media has forged a recent partnership with a prominent rendering technology developer, enhancing our ability to generate photorealistic real estate renders. This empowers our clients to captivate buyers and expedite their property marketing efforts.
Why Use rendering technology as part of your marketing plan?
Realtors, developers, and architects rely on our team of artists to meticulously craft spaces with the same dedication to detail as they do. This approach offers a distinctive means of visualizing your project's vision, all while maintaining affordable pricing.
Our rendering partner boasts an impressive track record, with over $500 million in real estate sales and the successful completion of more than 350 projects in its first three years in the market including Triton 81, a newly-planned 208 unit condominium community backed by Founders Hospitality and Marriott in Fort Myers, Florida.
What do you need to get started?
We’ll need building plans of some kind (PDF, DWG, Revit, CAD, etc), your material and design selections, as well as furniture and decor preferences. The more details you can provide, the closer our renders will look to the finished product.
How Long does it take to create the images?
It really depends.. That being said, the average Standard rendering project of 6-8 images takes around 10 to 14 days start to finish. You can expect the Premium images to take nearly twice as long.
Who selects all the furniture & Decor?
You're welcome to make specific recommendations, but most clients will simply provide us with a few inspiration images from Instagram or Pinterest and we can take it from there.
What happens if something needs to be changed?
We provide two rounds of revisions within our pricing. Typically anything beyond this would incur an additional cost. As long as you provide detailed feedback, two rounds of edits should be plenty and that's true for the majority of our clients/jobs.
What’s the difference between ‘Standard’ and ‘Premium’ renderings?
Without getting overly technical, just think of our team of Premium render artists as higher-skilled finish carpenters and our Standard render artists as general laborers.
Why should I pay $300+ for renders when I can get them done cheaper elsewhere?
While we believe our pricing to be very competitive, there will always be cheaper options elsewhere. That being said, we did a great case study on the true costs of going with the cheaper option. Read more here.
